My Thoughts: I read this book to my son for our bedtime story and it is so cute. It is a very adorable story about helping a T-rex who is having trouble doing the activities they have all chosen for dinosauraus day. This is the second book in the The Day I had a ... series and it is a must read. I love the message that it is sending to the children who are reading it. It is a super fun and cute story.

I found ways to make it interactive with my son, such as locating the dinosaurs or asking questions about what was said in the story. He was so proud of himself when he was able to say each of the dinosaur's names. My son is 4.5 years old.

The illustrations are done so well. They are very colorful, fun to look at, and really bring the story to life. I loved how the illustrator put The Day I had a Bulldozer as the bedtime story at the end of the book. I felt this was very clever.

This is definitely a must read if your child loves dinosaurs. I plan to buy a physical copy for my son in the very near future.

If you have not read The Day I Had a Bulldozer then you should definitely pick that up too.
