Expressive animal illustrations to engage babies and toddlers.

Toddler friendly language and relatable situations.

Give your little one a head start on building social and emotional intelligence.

My Thoughts: This is a super quick read to help teach your young child about 9 different emotions. I love the illustrations that were used because they clearly show how the emotion may display and pair perfectly with the one sentence description of the emotion. One of my favorite parts was the last page with the farmer asking "how are you feeling today?". I love this because your child's answer could change each time you read the book and can lead to a good conversation about it.

My son, who is 4 years old really enjoyed this book. He laughed at the illustrations and thought some of them were quite funny. He knows his farm animals and so we also discussed what sound each animal made.

Rating: 5 out of 5. I feel this is such a great early learning book for working on identifying emotions, which is such a huge thing with young children.

Many thanks to MamaBear Books for this review copy. This is my honest opinion.
