Description: Read cherished classic stories aloud—for toddlers ages 1 to 3

Toddlers love listening to a story, especially when it’s read by someone they love. But how can you fit this beloved tradition into a busy day or night? This toddler reading book offers much-loved tales that are shortened, so it’s easy to make time for them—even if your toddler asks for “just one more.”

  • Cozy up with 30 stories—Delight your toddler with classic tales to enjoy over and over again, including “The Three Little Pigs,” “The Little Duckling,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Tom Thumb,” and many more.
  • Enchanting pictures tell the story—Discover whimsical illustrations that enhance the playfully retold condensed tales.
  • Teach skills with stories—Experience how reading aloud helps kids build vocabulary, grow emotionally, and learn effective listening.

Give a gift more fitting than a glass slipper: reading aloud from this storybook for toddlers.

My Thoughts: The book contains classic stories that I grew up with as a child. I remember having a large storybook with lots of pictures and I loved it for years. I was hoping this would be something similar for my son.

I was honestly disappointed by this book. When your advertising a book towards a specific age group like toddlers the audience really needs to be considered. I thought this would have a ton of illustrations simply because it is for toddlers but there were very few. I get that this book states to be read aloud but are not all books meant to be at this age group.

My three year old son lost interest in this book writing minutes.

Rating: I'm giving it 2 out of 5. I probably would have rated it higher if it had lots of illustrations to go with the classic stories.

Many thanks to Callisto Media and Netgalley for this review copy. This is my honest opinion.
